Using Method: All above materials require an interface temperature of 95~100℃ for bonding & 80-90℃ for reactivation.)
Cutting & Skiving Process:
Cutting In diagonal direction as indicated on the materials sheets, for obtain the best lasting result.
Skiving: Skiving the non-coating side. Fine adjusting the inclined plane of bell-knife on skiving M/C with steel bottom roller to avoid wrinkle or X-ray effects caused.
Upper Preparing Process: (With Hot/Cold Pre-Molding System):
Setting hot mold with 100~110℃, 15~20 sec according to the thickness of upper materials. Setting times of cold mold for 10~15sec, according to the substance and lining. And ready for lasting process.
Lasting Conveyor Process:
Setting heat reactivated system of lasting conveyor on 80~90℃, 5~7 min. It makes thermoplastic counter reactivating again to obtain the perfect last shape reproduction and retention.
